Burger Buns

31/2 cups                  all purpose flour
1/4 cup                     sugar
1 cup                        milk
1/3 cup                     oil
1 tsp                         salt
1                              egg
2 tsp                        instant yeast

Mix everything together. Knead the hell out of it. Stretch, Pull, Smack. Repeat for 10 mins or till you clear the window test.
Bake at 180 C for 30 mins. Makes 12 buns.
